Apitiny is a IT start-up company & I'm in charge of human resources:- General management: + Organizing internal activities for team as Director's requirement: team building, meeting,...- Internal recruitment: + Receiving recruit requirement from Director for IT/ Marketing/ Sales positions. + Looking for potential candidates via various recruitment channels (Job board, Social networks sites: Facebook, LinkedIn) + Pre-screening qualified candidates and makes appointments for the interview for internal jobs. + Short-listed potential candidates and coordinates with the concerned Director to interview. + Prepares offer letter and letter of Employment for the selected candidate to sign before starting employment.- External recruitment: + Searching, select right candidates and contacting for jobs of recruitment partner via our job board.

Primary objective: Understanding about project (Atomic Ski Brand), deploying for my team to make the best samples, best product with the best price for customer to bring value for company.- Responsible for managing a project.- Receiving project (artwork & reference shoe) from customer. Work with Taiwan PM to clarify project then deploy to process engineer (pattern/ stitching/ lasting).- Working with Purchasing department to develop new materials to make trial samples.- Recap internal meeting and update trial result to Taiwan team.- As a contact window between Taiwan team and Vietnam team to find solutions for technical issues.- Providing quotation and usage material for Taiwan PM making Cost break down.- Following schedule, calculate samples quantity, demand for material and man power for each production stage.

Vietnam

Primary objective: Managing GM's office, supporting other departments and employees in communicating with GM. Assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.- Drafting contract/ subcontract/ termination of contract for expat.- Making Visa/ Work permit/ Temporary residence card for expat.- Making business visa for VGM/ GM for business trip.- Welcome Customer/ Visitor to factory.- Arrange cars/ dormitory for Customer/ Visitor- Translate email/ document/ letters once requested.- Open Purchase request, manager and distribution of stationery for all department in factory.- Responsible for managing office equipment.- Daily report absent status of Director and Up.- Record and making monthly report about Dir and Up absent situation.- Making weekly, monthly report to Director, Monitor (Expat)

Primary objective: assisting the company’s clients in searching for any candidate profiles matching with jobs’ requirements from online data sources and support them in building their internal data banks.- Understanding client requirements and sourcing the suitable candidates for different positions.- Searching & Short-listing the candidates as per client’s requirements via job-boards, social networking sites (linkedin.com).- Screening and short-listing CV’s base on the remit provided.- Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission.- Submitting complete profile to Team Leader within given time.- Getting new updating or tips from seniors or higher position regarding tough requirements.- Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building customer database, etc.- Other duties assigned by Team Leader and Sourcing Manager.- Sourcing & Finding Personal information of candidate: address, social network, contact information to build data system.Industry: Computer Games, Information Technology and Services (IT) , Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Automotive, etc.
