As a Partner in the Deloitte M&A Advisory team in Auckland I specialise in advising corporate and private clients through the end to end transaction life-cycle. From transaction readiness to post completion, I work alongside vendors and purchasers to ensure a smooth transaction with a focus on reducing execution risk and maximising value. I also work with a wide range of corporate and private advisory clients providing strategic advice and support in areas including strategy, financial modelling, valuation and commercial validation. I am passionate about seeing businesses transform commercial ideas into financial results.I have over fourteen years Corporate Finance and Advisory experience, gained while working for Deloitte as well as experience working in the FMCG industry. I hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) registration and have a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Canterbury, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Information Systems.
