Human Resources Manager
Current*General HR Management- Provide the overall strategy to attract, recruit, develop andretain employees. Oversee the management of the recruitingprocess including position management, advertising, workingwith recruitment agencies.- Headcount planning- Support the employee benefit practices by benchmarking best practices; researching industry and employment trends; tracking legislation and estimating impact.- Responsible for development of concepts, strategies and tools for integrated performance management- Ensure legal compliance of policies throughout HR management.- Clearly defined and aligned Global HR processes to maximize development of company- Report directly to GD*IT system project lead- Conceptualizing - transferring requirements of IT system including distributor management, sales, bonus calculation in accordance with Decree 40 to align with MLM managementregulation in Vietnam- Conceptualizing - transferring requirements of WMS- Check the actual operation of the systems
