I am working at Three Beans Coffee in Parramatta Westfield and this is also my first job in Australia. Although my English is not good, everyone at this workplace supports me and patiently instructs me in detail. It not only helps me improve my English skills, but I can also better understand the interests and behaviors of customers, such as the time frame when they usually drink coffee and have the opportunity to work in a culturally diverse environment. This factor allows me to expand my relationships and networking, which is really important for international students like me. My responsibility:- Serving food and drinks for customers- Taking care of customers- Taking orders - Making cold drinks- Cleaning

This was my first job when I started studying at a university in Vietnam. This job helped me to be more mature and patient a lot. The first times I worked, I was usually scolded by customers because of my attitude, but later, I stopped becoming calm and had a more positive attitude toward complex customer requests. Everyone in the bakery instructed me on everything and supported me a lot when I had any problems related to the customers. Therefore, I learned a lot from them including teamwork and problem-solving skills. My responsibilities:- Making Vietnamese bread (Bánh mì) for customers- Sell other breads and cakes- Clean and prepare ingredients (open shift and close shift)

This was the first time that I had worked as an HR intern in Vietnam. Although the job was quite easy for me to follow, I had to be under pressure because of the KPI that the manager set for me. In the short time working (3 months), I have learned a lot of things about communication skills and how to persuade potential candidates to work with the company. A dynamic environment, with friendly, and kind colleagues helps me to become more sociable and mature a lot.
