I'm an international student from Vietnam majoring in International Business. In this major, I have learned many business-related fields such as Marketing and accounting. However, thanks to my part-time jobs, I realized that I am passionate about Customer Service. I am significantly into talking with customers and hope to bring the best services to make them satisfied and always happy. I want to see their smiles and receive many compliments from them like " Your service is really good", and " Everything is awesome".Although I have to admit that I have multiple weaknesses such as my English is not perfect, feeling easily self-deprecating, etc., I am still improving every day, trying to positively change to the best version. I am friendly, enthusiastic, and always responsible in every job. Thanks to working and studying in parallel, I have acquired good time management skills and can withstand the time pressure of deadlines. Moreover, part-time jobs have also assisted me in my communication, as well as problem-solving skills a lot. In the future, I am going to study one more major called Applied Data Science at WSU, because I believe that this major can help me have more knowledge about customer insights and market trends. Additionally, my logical ability might also develop based on the knowledge and skills I will approach in the future.

Recruiting InternCông Ty Tnhh Callus Jun 2022 - Aug 2022Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamThis was the first time that I had worked as an HR intern in Vietnam. Although the job was quite easy for me to follow, I had to be under pressure because of the KPI that the manager set for me. In the short time working (3 months), I have learned a lot of things about communication skills and how to persuade potential candidates to work with the company. A dynamic environment, with friendly, and kind colleagues helps me to become more sociable and mature a lot. However, thanks to this job, I also realized that this field is not suitable for my personality and the career that I want to develop in the future. My responsibilities:- Update recruited posts- Contact the suitable candidates to make an appointment - Make a list of candidates for managers to interview- Send emails to invite interviews and announce the result- Take care of candidates
