* Sales Admin Specialist• Handle trading activities: make quotation, check stock & delivery time to customer• Follow up order in SAP, make bulk order, release DN & prepare shipment • Make the custom declaration form and deal with forwarder to ensure that goods are cleared.• Assist Export Documentation Department to handle complicated demands and special arrangements from Shippers/ Consignees from time to time• Follow up Order Book Management• follow payment of customer & push customer to clear debt• Be a Country Coordinator to coordinate Trading activities with SEA (Record & Improve IAM process, Follow up excess stock in SGP, …)• Prepare GNBN report every week• Monitor and ensure that Monthly Reports are sent on time to Sales team• Analyse data from SAP to SEs to review sales, make planning sales• Collect information for Sales Review Meeting, consolidate data• Co-ordinate information between Distributors & SVC, & other administration job* Marketing Specialist cum Business Development • Implement all marketing activities under supervising of Sales Director• Design effective sales campaign and promotion programs• Perform the budgeting process and planning (BPS Planning)• Sales Force Administration• Manage and develop high reliable marketing suppliers/vendors. • Follow up & make contract sales for projectc• Control data & tracking list key project from BCI• Process quotation & analysis pricing of each project to General Director…. issued letter to warranty project• Promote new products• Calculate sales incentive for Project Executive every month • Follow up collection from big customer.• Make the quotation and database of Project using the Company Business System (SAP)• Processes customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction by accurate and on time process • Answer the daily technical question from sales and external customers• Guide the sales and customer to select the product’s part number• Effectively manage Sales & Marketing Department, to co-ordinate with other departments and ensure smooth operations are achieved.• Co-ordinate with Accounts and Finance Department to ensure Credit accounts and Cash payment are paid on time.• .To conduct regular meeting with Sales staff on the department’s performance and issues.• To handle any other duties as assigned by General Director/ Sales Director
