- Reconciling our bank Nostro accounts daily for payment transactions to detect missing/ double payments/ potential loss timely.- Contributed an initiative as all entries on Nostro can be matched correctly if they have the same reference to avoid matching mistakenly. And with my line manager's support and cooperation, the project was successful. The result was that, the cases of wrong matching was decreased very much, the missing/ double payment cases are detected early for staffs to take timely and proper actions, the headcounts were decreased as also, now we only need 1 person to do reconciliation instead of 3 ones as before.- Contact/deal with customers about issues related to their payments such as incorrect beneficiary's bank, account, name...- Contributed an initiative as at the beginning of process, we input client's incorrect payments information into an excel file. And then we can use this file to inform RMs and credit fund into clients' accounts automatically.
