Responsibilities:- Finance practices across the site. Compliance with Corporate and Vietnam statutory requirements. - A strong leadership of the onsite Finance department with direct departmental supervision and significant influencing capability across other functions at the site.- Ongoing improving performance of the Finance department. - Managing effective relationships with the appropriate regulatory bodies, corporate finance and all other in-house functions.- The development and implementation of Best Practices in Finance, IT and Operational Excellence activities. Supporting all site operations.- A Principal Member and Finance Partner of the Senior Management team in the development, leadership and management of the overall site.- Effective project management. Bringing Projects in on time and within Budget.Key Measures of Performance:- Delivery of monthly financial reports including MPE template, GFS Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, Capital Spending, Inventory, AR aging and other templates as requested.- Providing details on OpEx related activities, including, Purchase Price , Material Usage Variance, Labour Variances, Volume impacts and Overhead/Burden/Other Product Cost spending.- A timely and accurate Annual Budget to be presented to and reviewed by Senior Finance and Manufacturing management.- Produce the annual Vietnam statutory financial statements and tax return. Keeping up to date on the legislative changes to reporting.- An effective finance department showing delivery and compliance . This will be measured by Balance Sheet reviews, Internal Financial Audits, Annual External financial audit, Monthly and Quarterly control accounts and ageing of reconciling items. - The tracking of performance against budget and the consistency of monthly LE forecast accuracy (Latest Estimate). - Maintaining all finance documentation appropriate to a compliant multinational finance department.

- Implement SAP which improve the accuracy, timeliness and costeffectiveness of financial transaction processing and reporting.- Financial planning and reporting+ Providing accurate and comprehensive financial information to executive management+ Preparing financial statements and financial projections- Internal controls+ Establishing and executing internal controls over the company’s activities to comply with the accounting and financial procedures+ Keeping company records organized and readily available for examination from auditors and authority- Cost accounting+ Reviewing standard costs for all products, including raw materials, direct labor and overhead costing elements+ Analyze monthly manufacturing variances- Budgeting+ Preparing budgets and monthly actual vs. budget reports+ Guiding operation transactions following the budget plan- Cash flow+ Performing cash management functions, cash receipts, cash disbursements and bank reconciliation functions.+ Preparing cash flow reports and forecast- Tax compliance+ Reviewing and controlling expenditures to ensure compliance with policy & law+ Minimizing non-deductible expenses- Other analysis and hands-on management

- Consult M&A process- Prepare necessary documents to serve the process of issuing stocks and listing stocks on HOSE and HNX- Support clients prepare the financial statement and analysis of financial ratios.

- Review audit files from the engagement teams.- Being in charge of audit engagements from planning process to the conclusion stage;- Conducting audit for statutory accounts and draft audit report - Conducting accurate and timely preparations of accounts/memorandum for group reporting requirements from Big4 audit firms.

- Prepare the planning phase of the work program- Conduct the audit field work and complete the audit assignments, instruct, and supervise audit assistants, including reviewing the assistants’ working papers, monitor job progress and report to manager on problems on a timely basis.- Consult client about tax, finance & accounting.
