Sphnyx was established as a startup in 2016, providing a unique, ultra-discreet management consultancy and property management services business.I have developed new business opportunities to currently serve around 120 private clients.We attract clients who generally do not wish to have their business, assets or projects spoken of within the public domain, and often have extremely wide and varied portfolios.Key responsibilities include:• End-to-end project management for small-medium scale construction schemes up to approximately £1 million.• Further project management of other internal business projects, including design and engineering briefs.• Strategic business reviews and management of budgets • Planning and associated legislation and applications• Tenancy agreements and Conveyancing• Managing any contentious issues associated with the above on behalf of clientsGrowth over the years since establishment has been driven primarily by pro-active stakeholder management and establishing strong, positive and professional relationships.
