• Do Business Development, meeting with executive director and presentation and negotiation. • Handle End-to-end It recruitment process, sourcing, selection , compensation negotiation, job offer, pre deployment orientation and management of the recruiting process for both direct placements and contract staffing. • Perform IT recruiting function such as sourcing, paper screening, phone screening, face to face interviews and endorsement of shortlist to clients. • Ensure efficient clerical service in the recruitment process by providing assistance in placing job advertisements, monitoring responses, checking and recommending the shortlist of candidates and assisting in the scheduling of selection panel meetings, as needed and maintain an accurate database of the applicants of the company.
