The Thymic Carcinoma Center was established in 2021 as a 501(c)(3) organization by a group of cancer patients who wanted to create a place with positive, informative and support services that would cater to the specific needs of Thymic Carcinoma patients. The Center addresses education, latest medical data, and financial assistance for those that need additional consultation and medical assistance as they are going through their journey. Thymic Carcinoma Center is committed in investing financial funds to support the research and treatments for thymic carcinoma patients. We are the only patient peer center that serves more than 600 thymic carcinoma patients and their advocates that will provide a wide variety of programs. Our mission is to provide hope and support to thymic carcinoma patients and their families, by offering education, cancer wellness services, and patient financial assistance. We fund medical research grants to innovate targeted therapies and find a cure for thymic cancers. The Thymic Carcinoma Center plays a vital role in the lives of thymic carcinoma patients worldwide as evidenced by the makeup of our patients being in 48 different countries, 46 of the 50 US states with patients ages ranging from 17 to 82 years of age. We have also played a role in gathering data that ITMIG researchers use to gather critical data around patient’s medical background.
