Senior Marketing Manager
Current+ Overseeing all marketing department from Trade Marketing, Communication/Creative, Digital marketing, Telemarketing and Partnerships+ Working with Head of Sales for Lead generation, upselling strategies and client retention initiatives.+ Developing and supervising all marketing and communication strategies for the company. Ensuring all visuals and communication coming out are aligned with the brand and company’s direction.+ Deploying Marketing campaigns from ideation to execution+ Identifying and analyzing effectiveness of each initiatives with tracking and adjust accordingly+ Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leads about marketing programs, strategy and budget+ Managing the conversion funnel from lead to sales, overseeing performance of paid ads and media spend.+ Developing and maintaining all major partnerships across the organization and exploring opportunities for cross brand promotion within existing and future partnerships.
