- Paint contractor work mainly for Prowalco and Caltex sites.

- Involved in the whole Development process from land acquisition to delivering the final product to the client.- Design process including the Site Development Plan as well as individual units (Full Title as well as Sectional Titles).- Project budgets and costing.- Meeting with the local authorities with regards to the Bulk Services Agreement, Bulk Services Payments, approval of the Site Development Plan as well as individual units, Site Proclamation.- Marketing and sales including signing of the Offer To Purchase with prospective clients.- Driving the bond approval process with the Bond Origonators and Transferring Attorneys.- Liasing with clients and subcontractors to ensure the units are build according to specifications.- Handover of the finished product to the clients.
