- Prepare and monitor any potential variation/breach/claim related tocontractual obligations.- Coordonate and/or lead claim procedure and negotiations.- Drafting/Review of NDA, amendment, variation Order, subcontractingagreement.- Provide contractual assistance to the project team to solve everydayproblems related to clients and subcontractors.

- Responsible for contract management on various projects: turn key, signalling, rolling stock, ranged from 1M€ to more than 2Bn€ value. - Lead claim procedure and contractual negotiations.- Prepare and monitor any potential variation/breach/claim related tocontractual obligations.- Drafting/Review of NDA, amendment, variation Order, subcontractingagreement.- Follow up project risks & opportunity assessment.- Provide contractual assistance to the project team to solve everydayproblems related to clients and subcontractors.- Ethic and compliance ambassador: Promote Ethics and Compliance policies, be the first point of contact for any E&C inquiries.

- Lead Contractual Process/Negotiations with suppliers for all Indianprojects (Transverse).- Responsible for claim management:- Implementation of claim process in India.- Drafting/Review of legal documentation (NDA, bonds, frameworkAgreement…)- Training of sourcing team on legal and claim management topics.

-Contract Management and participation on the redaction of the bidding document concerning a part of Hanoi metro line project - Assessing the coherence of contract clauses, and legal monitoring.

- Legal and administrative monitoring. - Drafting of leases, employment contract, and amendment. - Reception and information to customers.
