Part of the Front Desk team at this 833 room hotel. The job included check in/out, both individuals and large groups. Handle documentation, changes and general inquires. During my time at the Copthorne Tara there was a global interruption in passenger flights and handling that crisis was a steep learning curve but provided good insight into handling large amount of people and how to communicate properly during times of distress.
