CurrentManage Woven Factory (Outerwear and Bottoms) with a Capacity of 900k coeff/Month:Operation Management:- Evaluate and enhance factory performance by regularly monitoring KPIs to meet brand standards.- Execute weekly projects assigned by various cross-functional departments.- Weekly sharing and improvement for workshops and operations in accordance with UQ standards and manuals.Quality Management:- W-Audit, In-line Inspection, End-line Inpsection- Collect and analyze factory inspection data, conduct regular performance reviews, and create improvement plans to reduce defect ratios, enhance production efficiency, and lower costs.- Conduct weekly visits to production sites, identify and promptly resolve on-site issues.- Hold weekly meetings to discuss improvement plan and follow up.Planning, Delivery, and Capacity Management:- Weekly check factory CAPA with Planning team to manage CAPA under control- Negotiate to shorten lead times and Top up and Move up orders to support sales.- Monitor material delivery schedules and factory output, line map and production plan to prevent delivery delays.Product Development:- Follow TA to ensure ontime delivery- Approve APP/ CFM sample development, ACC and material localization checking- Make Product risk management sheet to control quality points- Resolve VOC with factory and trading to continuously improve
