- Project management: Independently manage Brand Health Tracking projects and ensure the process is going smoothly and on track: set up projects (QNR, Quota, FW Briefing), manage fieldwork (check up on data trend and ensure the quality of data during FW stage), manage data (prepare data for Topline, Report), conduct reports (be in charge of the accuracy for charts, prepare the structure of report to go through with Line Manager).- Trainer activities: Have training sessions for newcomers about Project Process, Charting, Data Processing, Research Technical Skills.- Client service: Be a key contact for all projects in charge, quickly respond to client's queries such as data request, data accuracy, support on checking up data trend by wave, consult about the methodology, recommend the best solutions to solve problems, ensure to meet all client needs.- Accounts in charge: Vinamilk, AB Food & Beverages, Hayat - Baby Diaper, THP and other projects from global.

- Project management: Support Line manager to manage execution of all projects, including working with internal and external stakeholders to keep the projects on track, preparing the materials of the projects (QNR, Quota, Timeline,...).- Data analysis: Prepare Tabspec, Data Topline, Data for reports.- Conduct reports: Support Line Manager in preparing report template and process data to build the report flow.- Client service: In charge of running data request and its accuracy, negotiate with clients about paperwork, timeline, data trend and methodology.

Responsibility: To reach KOLs and write articles for them to push their fame up on social media.
