- Conduct troubleshooting to resolve IT-related and application issues for 1500+ users.- Collaborate with IT Systems, IT Network and other teams to perform testing andsupport the roll out of new project implementation or deployment.- Prepare and install the laptop Windows/MacOS for user.- Provide day to day (support) user as: install applications, repair and coordinate withvendor to warranty laptop (Dell and Macbook).- IT inventory administrator: manage list/collection of IT devices, hardware, andsoftware.- Up-to-date inventory record for all IT equipment.- Create email and user accounts for new joiners, conduct IT Onboarding session,termination for leavers and support on password reset and unlocking of user accounts.- Ensure compliance with Regional and Local IT guidelines.- Provide technical support (in-person and remote) to employees.- Maintain other computer peripheral devices such as printers and address printingproblems.- Implement directly support on Zendesk System, Slack, Workplace chat, SaleforceSystem and Zoom.- Collaboration and communication support: Provide technical support for companymetting and event.- Deliver 100+ effective resolutions weekly with ticket management: monitor incomingservice desk tickets, track incidents and troubleshoot issues.- Install, update or upgrade hardware and software for employees.- Execute various administrative duties as required.
