SEA (Social- Environment Affair) Officer:• Monitoring and supporting the implementation of policies and regimes for employees of the HR department. • Manage compliance with the standards of the SOE, the HSE (safety, health, environment), according to the Labor Code and the standards of customers (Adidas, Reebok ...) • Receptions, working with the Client inspection team, evaluation team. Making Corrective Action Plan (CAP) after the inspection. Tracking progress and reporting fix up Client. • To examine CR Audit (Compliance Responsibility) for Third Party (sub- contractor)• Responsible to identify potential hazard within production activities. Report to Division Director and give corrective action plan.• To conduct Safety, Health, and Environment Internal audit and Cross Audit. Complete inspection report and forward to Division Director.• To educate and promote awareness among employees on safety, health and environment aspects through discussion, education and enforcement of regulations.• To conduct Industrial Accident Investigation and when necessary with aims to develop corrective action and identify causes. • To review all factory procedures, policies, regulation which may effect to the Safety, Health and Environment activities.
