•Coordinates production schedules with Head Brewer/Lead Brewer/Packaging Supervisor• Manage and work with the Material Resource Planner to ensure that orders are met in a timely fashion.• Building and entering of new items, Bill Of Materials and Production Orders in Orchestrated Beer SAP Software.• Forecast and Purchase packaging materials including, but not limited to cans, cartons, bottles, labels, etc. under supervision of VP of brewing operations. Work with vendors to insure product availability, competitive pricing, and quality.• Participate in planning meetings.• Work closely with Logistics Director to ensure that all outbound and inbound materials are scheduled as efficiently as possible.• Work with all of production to streamline and find efficiency within the schedule.• Collaborate with creative department and director of brand development to meet all deadlines for art and proofing of packaging materials.• Work with production management team to maintain Shelf life and quality parameters and manage schedule accordingly.• Works within Obeer and maintains forecasting/MRP documents for raw materials• Work closely with other department heads to further develop metrics, KPIs, and insight that provides performance improvement

• Establishment and execution of processes for the entire company.• Partner with marketing/sales to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon volume forecast (mid and long term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.• Integrate Sell-through, Promotions, Support requirements, and other product demand signals to create a demand forecast.• Collaborate with Production, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, to ensure appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at process meetings and establish Supply plan.• Lead management reviews, prepare all data and metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs, and prepare escalations for executive review• Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages in the supply chain in order to achieve customer satisfaction levels as well as mitigate inventory exposure.• Analyze supply and demand issues and facilitate resolution throughout the supply chain.• Provide demand planning input and forecasts to distributor partners.• Evaluate supplier delivery performance and capability, building into process risk mitigating approaches to manage supplier performance variation.• Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory management & product development utilizing various systems.• Work to reduce the cost of sales and operations planning, recommending improvements to procedures• Work on high priority initiatives including (but not limited to) strategic planning, territory optimization, sales incentive design, process optimization, forecast modeling• Partner with sales team on business planning, strategy and process improvement• Participate & help steer initiatives to ensure they are rolled out properly to market
