I'm really great at listening and communicating with others. In my past experience with customer service I've been able to guide customers through stressful situations and assist them as best I can. I work hard and maintain my commitment to my occupation always. I'm able to work with others professionally and take directions to ensure things run efficiently. At some points I've had to take initiative because I've seen ways in which the department can improve and I'm comfortable facilitating that. I've also been trusted with monetary transactions at my place of work. I learn the systems and mechanics of the work equipment quickly, whether that be a cash register and/or computer system. I'm always polite and respectful to those around me and I do what I can to creative a productive, fun, and safe environment for everyone.
