My passion and purpose are in developing people and developing programs. I do that through my career, my business, my non-profit, and my community service.I am compelled to fight for educational equity and reform at every level seeking to empower communities and create pathways for independence and success.I also do educational consulting in the areas of teacher coaching, curriculum design, assessment (especially college level/readiness), HB5, portfolios as an assessment tool and classroom strategy and technical/professional communication, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership skill building.
