Combining my experience in chemistry research and data science, I currently work in the field of data consulting, focusing on crafting powerful Power BI reports and sophisticated data models for business intelligence and forecasting. My experience in chemistry includes: synthesis and characterization of metal oxides and bimetallic nanomaterials through bulk-, surface-, and Synchrotron-based techniques.My past assignments included:• Synthesizing metal oxides and bimetallic structures, from nanoscale to microscale, by sol-gel, colloidal, emulsion, decomposition of organic precursors, electroless deposition, and other methods• Analyzing the composition of nanomaterials through electron microscopy• Studying the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS)• Following adsorption of organic molecules by Infrared spectroscopy • Correlating rheological and surface properties of colloidal silica formulations• Determining the atomic arrangement and oxidation degree of nanomaterials by coupling X-ray absorption (qEXAFS) and chemometrics.My background in catalysis includes conducting and analyzing kinetics data, for oxidation and reduction reactions in liquid-, and gas-phase, complemented by analytical techniques, including method development, and troubleshooting for GC, AAS and ICP-MS. Additionally, I have experience in working under inert atmosphere, writing, and managing projects.
