• Manages the scope, costs, resources and risks of the assign projects.• Ensure the projects are properly executed and completed on time, meeting the quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.• Creating and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to define project scope, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring a clear and organized project roadmap.• Manage project elements through subordinates, colleagues, and subcontractors.• Maintain detailed project financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, cost forecasts.• Guarantee and be a driving force to the Zero Harm vision throughout the entire project chain.• Ensures project document controls comply with contract requirements and company standards.• Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.• Maintain a proactive communication strategy and act as a liaison, providing regular updates to stakeholders, team members and customer on project status, risks, and changes.• Proactively work to establish advantageous long-term customer and contractor relationships.
