My background is product design but the thing is that photography and video have always gone hand in hand with my Design career. With my involvement with the brand, growing project by project I naturally assumed a position of creation and direction of content.

Deeply was founded in 2004 to operate as a brand of Sportzone stores. Since that it has a long way and today is undoubtedly the most important Surf brand in Portugal.My link with the brand starts during my master's thesis, when I developed a multifunctional backpack meant for the surfer's everyday life.The project went well and I start working full time, nowadays Deeply has become an independent brand with a very interesting expansion project, we worked with the aim of making Deeply's name well established in the European market, being now our business focused on a digital-direct brand.I started by developing a snowboard collection, later I was responsible for the accessories collection, such as backpacks, wallets and beach bags as well as the collection of boardshorts, I developed tech files and followed the production in China. But in short time I started to be more related to the technical products, I worked on the Bodyboard Collection with the help of our design team and Manuel Centeno a former world Bodyboard champion and I am currently developing the new Skate Collection, I follow the test of the product closely, its production and communication working side by side with product and marketing team. Point and Shoot is a Porto based film & photography studio, founded by André Martins and Miguel Oliveira. My interest in photography and video has been with me since I was very young, having developed some work in the area, but without a doubt collaborating with Point and Shoot was the turning point of making a passion into something much more serious.Here I started by producing small video reports but with the evolution of our work I got the opportunity to direct some videos with André Martins for brands like Salsa Jeans, Nelo Kayaks, Lion of Porches, Auto Ribeiro, Nasamotor (Mercedes-Benz).https://pointandshoot.pt

The internship at Soneres Iluminação comes during my degree in Technology and Product Design, a design training with a lot of focus on production and product engineering.
