Manage product and process engineering team providing technical guidance and assigning team resources to work related to the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of new projects. Keep the engineering team focused and aligned with established goals. Advise, review and coordinate network strategies with management and provide input into the overall technology plan for the organization. Assist in the development of plans to make necessary improvements in line with industry best practices and standards. Lead process improvement efforts within the engineering and quality team, implementing the best pratices on the market and manufacturing tools to solve the issues (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5S, A3, Kanban, 5W2H, Masp).

Commercial experience on defining new process and products according to market, clients, government and suppliers necessities. Manufacturing and assembly visual and functional prototypes using 3D printer with hands on approach. Monitoring tests of acoustics, water infiltration, vibration and durability to validate the concept design. Technical support in Improvement actions on the current products, reducing costs and ensure quality on the customer.
