I am a Special Counsel at Clyde & Co, a global law firm specialising in complex disputes, transactions, and projects. I have over a decade of experience in the construction, infrastructure, transport and energy sectors and hold a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Litigation, with academic distinction.I am an experienced commercial litigator, having represented clients (particularly contractors) in all forms of dispute resolution processes, including Court proceedings, domestic and international arbitrations, expert determinations and adjudications. Recently, I have successfully represented contractors in multiple large-scale and complex arbitrations, including regarding the supply of a satellite, the development of a solar power plant and infrastructure works.
