I have a Master's degree in Organizational, Social and Work Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto, where I learned psychological theories and methods to understand and improve human behavior in the workplace. Since Sep 2023, I have been working as a Consultant at U Match, a platform that connects professionals and employers in the IT sector. As a Consultant at U Match, I am responsible for exploring, analyzing, and understanding the positions and functions to recruit, screening and selecting candidates, negotiating and closing deals, and providing sales and consultancy services. I use my communication and conflict management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory hiring process. I also leverage my interpersonal relationships skills to collaborate with my team and other stakeholders, and to create a diverse and inclusive work environment.
