At Arezzo&Co international operations, I have the opportunity to closely engage with the international market as well as with the brand managers operating abroad. In the accounts payable department, I am responsible for various activities, including credit card reconciliation, where I verify and reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring exact matches between card statements and the company’s internal records. I also manage credit limits, monitoring them to ensure appropriate usage and compliance with credit policies.Additionally, I handle expense reclassification, reviewing and accurately reclassifying expenses to ensure they are correctly assigned to the appropriate cost centers and accounts. I am also responsible for expense entries in the system, bank reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation activities.I work daily with the SAP Concur system for managing credit card and invoice-related tasks, recording everything in the RLM system.

In the accounts receivable department, I was responsible for various essential tasks such as credit analysis, customer registration, negotiations, and billing. I interacted with clients across the country, provided support on banking platforms, and made entries in the Sidcom system. Additionally, I managed debt reports, financial modifications, and invoice verification. I worked closely with leadership to monitor daily targets for delinquent clients and cash flow. My role played a crucial part in the company's financial stability and customer satisfaction.

As an Interactive Course Instructor, I assumed multiple challenging and essential roles. I guided students in various subjects, including Computer Operator, Graphic Designer, English, and Administrative Assistant. I also played a crucial role in IT support, involving network configuration, and ensuring the proper function of interactive course platforms and hardware. My experience also extended to providing assistance in the financial department, managing payments and contracts in the system.Additionally, I played a significant role as a Digital Media Assistant, contributing to the creation and publication of content on social media platforms, with a focus on lead generation on Facebook and Instagram.
