In my current position, I lead eight staff divided across two Cloud and Platform teams with responsibility for building and operating Music Tribe Cloud. My main objective is supporting music creators world-wide utilizing Music Tribe Cloud Platform for cloud-connected devices and applications. To accomplish this, I utilize Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure CosmosDB, Redis, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Traefik, Go, and React for cloud platform support and development. I serve as an open-source contributor for Traefik middleware and JWT validation on Azure DB B2C. Several of my key achievements and contributions include:• Improved cloud development velocity by over 200% through the optimisation of agile processes and removal of low-value tasks and meetings.• Increased cloud platform's customer base by 150% following the acquisition of new integrations; doubled the number of new integrations with the cloud platform and reduced the time to market in 6 months.• Established a community of practice around development best practices and patterns, leading to the success and motivation of employees across Music Tribe brands.• Introduced a Music Tribe Pass unified identify platform for all Music Tribe Customers for use across brands; built platform on top of Azure AD B2C and integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365).• Produced a customer reference for Azure CosmosDB 2023 Conference's Keynote.

As a Solutions Architect, I supported customers in App Modernization in the EMEA region and provided innovation workshops. It was my responsibility to onboard customers at scale and identify common scenarios. I performed as an open-source contributor for GitHub AWS Samples with code samples and Serverless Patterns to serverlessland.com.Led 20+ AWS customer-facing innovation workshops on journey from monolith to micro-services, journey to event-driven architectures, and event storming sessions, significantly increasing AWS cloud consumption. Several of my key achievements and contributions include:• Hosted 'Talk DEV to Me' on AWS's official Twitch channel at twitch.tv/aws, bringing in 200+ new channel subscribers.• Maintained and contributed to Lambda PowerTools for .NET, helping hundreds of developers build and run their applications on AWS.• Provided solutions and architect-level support for AWS Lambda, Amazon EventBridge, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon QLDB, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS, AWS AppSync, AWS Amplify, Amazon Cloud Formation, Amazon CloudWatch, and Amazon X-Ray.

During this time I reported to Azure Engineering (US) for the EMEA Region and supported customers in App Modernization. I onboarded customers at scale through the identification of common scenarios, directly contributing to docs.microsoft.com or in GitHub based on selected approach. Several of my key achievements and contributions include:• Influenced customers in more than 15 countries as a member of the Azure Engineering Team and co-led 200+ workshops, increasing Azure revenue by $250M+; contributed to a world class level score of 97 on Net Promoter Score.• Co-founded Azure Wednesdays Portugal monthly meetup for employee collaboration.• Advised and supported customers on Service Fabric, Kubernetes, Docker Containers, Azure DevOps, Xamarin, .Net Core, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.

While working for Microsoft, Western Europe, I led field engineering, application support, and cloud development. I provided training for customer development teams. Additionally, I served as the Western Europe Microsoft Azure PAAS TechLead for Portugal and the EMEA TechLead for Cross-Platform and Universal Apps (Modern Apps). I also performed troubleshooting and debugging of apps. Several of my key achievements and contributions include:• Trained customer development teams on Windows Store Apps, Windows Phone Apps Development Workshop, Microsoft Azure IAAS and PAAS, ASP.NET, and Xamarin.• Utilized Microsoft Azure, IIS, MVC, Web API, .NET Applications, Unity 3D, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio Team Services, Docker Containers, Azure Container Services, and Kubernetes.
