Hi, welcome to meu profile.My name is Tiago, I am brazilian/gaucho currently based in Minas Gerais, spouse of Lissa with two very energetic kids. I am a professional with experience in different areas of management of small and large enterprises, which has already worked in the education, mining, logistics and technology sectors. In my last years I have dedicated myself to Human Resources, with special focus on Compensations, Benefits and Global Mobility.I have had experiences managing projects with budgets over US$ 2 billion, leading processes that have impacted the life and career of more than 50.000 people. I also have worked improving processes related to HR planning, controlling, performance, compensation, benefits and global mobility.I have lead projects and global companies attending Americas, Asia, Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa, working in remote areas and with people from more than 30 different nationalities.
