• Responsible for receiving, treating and forwarding the manifestations received by the Ombudsman.• Maintenance of complaints databases and elaboration of Ombudsman efficiency indicators (KPIs).• Preparation of complaint and satisfaction index reports.• Participation in meetings and training.
