Set up and managed a team of 6 individuals on a project to re-sign over 6000 Assured Shorthold Tenancies to Assured ones. Worked across departments to accomplish overall targets, service, and activities within time and under budgetary constraints. Whilst this project was running, I was also instrumental in taking the Lettings, Sales and Neighborhood Teams paper free to offer a business-as-usual service in a market where face to face communication was no longer possible due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This meant that we could continue to promote business growth and profitability when other Housing Associations had stopped letting homes.
