For more than 18 years I worked with Information Technology. My biggest challenge was to lead several multidisciplinary, collaborative teams, divided into tribes and squads, with the adoption of agile models at scale in the corporate environment, motivating teams to have a new mindset of generating customer value (Customer Centric) . These teams form the main pillars of transformation, which are: customer experience, diversification (products and services) and technological solutions.In my career, I learned to listen to the customer and translate their desires into new solutions through technology. I am driven by challenges and I've learned that be an example and being authentic is one of the most effective way to lead teams.Under my leadership, our team developed a Digital Account Banking that was able to increase the number of account openings by 300% at Santander Bank. We developed an Hospital Management Solution for hospitals that was awarded by Banco Itaú. We also were the only bank to complete the Open Banking phase 1 solution on time and achieving all Febraban requirements.
