As editor, responsible for soliciting, reading, curating, and editing premier political academic writing at UBC. As Publication Director the same year, responsible for copy editing, designing, finalizing and printing the Journal on time and on budget.

Contributor to UBC’s only editorial online publication with an international purview, featuring multi-disciplinary pieces on various political topics. Non-partisan and completely independent, the Envoy was created in order to fill the sizable gap in the international political discourse on campus, as well as to provide publishing opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students.

Worked with Dr. Heidi Tworek on media research pertaining to her investigation of the International Civil Aviation Organisation's role in Canadian international diplomatic ventures, domestic politics, and municipal . I created a database of all North American newspaper entries containing ICAO to date, examined and organised archive documents on the topic, and provided interpretations of the data to facilitate Dr. Tworek's further study on the topic.

Responsible for ensuring that biweekly AUS meetings occur according to standardized rules of procedure.Conducts all meetings such that decorum and order are maintained and that meetings occur according to set agenda and schedules.

Responsibilities are diverse, centered around all logistical and organization features of the club. This includes regular club functions (including General Body Meetings and biweekly Executive meetings) as well as conference-specific logistics (including transportation, hotel bookings, etc).Several of our key initiatives require substantial VPL involvement, such as our Mini-MUN for beginner Model United Nations delegates and club members.These responsibilities include working with internal individuals (Finance and Internal, for example) and members as well as external bodies (for room bookings, for example). Working on grant applications with the VP-Finance is a critical part of the Logistics portfolio. Because MUNSA sends delegates to some of the top conferences worldwide, grant applications allow delegates to participate who would otherwise be financially restricted.Overall, the VP-Logistics ensures the smooth function of the club and its various initiatives.Also completed several design projects for MUNSA, including a full branding package and the layout for design for the coming years. As VP-External for IRSA, I was in charge of reaching out and coordinating relations with all external bodies and organizations. This involved communicating with a variety of groups to coordinate traditional events. I also created new events and series such as the IRSA Study Sessions by setting targets and goals through team management of the External portfolio.I was also in charge of organizing grant applications and allocations according to the proposed event schedule for the year.

S.W.A.G. works to connect environmental clubs with resources and structure in order to promote the creation of successful and sustainable projects. We aim to develop projects that have a measurable impact, and provide new and existing clubs with valuable resources and ideas for school-wide environmental initiatives. S.W.A.G. empowers youth in the sustainability movement to take action.
