• Manage the relationship and support requests from Golden Visa Investors• Create new and improved working methods that significantly contribute to company success• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from executive reporting to finance and legal support across the organization• Responsible for receiving new investors into company business, solving their questions and concerns• Responsible for ensuring that the whole process and timings of the Investor Relations team are being fulfilled• Manage the process and improvement focused projects for process transformation• Support sales management team and assist in the investors hosting process

• Point of contact for change management and communication activities to empower people to implement change and guiding business leaders on how to implement, working directly with local management (CEO, CFOs, Ops Manager, Head of Shared Services)• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and support strategic and business planning within the various departments to implement solutions • Working directly with Project Management by using Agile methodologies (Jira, Kanban Board)• Propose alternative actions whenever possible, researching viable paths, liaising with remaining Jumia team members whenever needed• Perform root-cause analysis to pain point issue's causes, reviewing and analyzing symptoms• Identify knowledge gaps at the user community and organize focused training sessions to mitigate them

• Development and implementation of processes ir order to improve the daily tasks of the department• Provide training to new employees, • Daily communication with business partners and ensure company deadlines and targets are accomplished and the expected quality is delivered• Provide training to some of the main countries of the company, such as: Area East, Iberia, Baltics, Nordics, Italy and IC.• Analyze all markets and implement or drive processes harmonization and standardization between them• Guidance and ownership for continuous improvement initiatives;• Problem analyses and proposal or assessment of solutions, and respective implementation• Check all information thoroughly for accuracy and completeness to ensure the documentationpresented is correctly validated in the interests of the company and its policies

• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices • Prepare and give trainings• Ensuring monthly calls with business partners and following up on issues raised• Ensure that deadlines are accomplished and the expected quality delivered

- Responsible for reaching out to Abreu B2C & B2B clients.- Responsible for AbreuTur (Rio de Janeiro, Brasil), Europe and Middle East Costumers. Act as the liaison between creditors & customers and comercial & account department. Main Responsibilities:• Contact and maintain relationship with international B2B & B2C customers;• Control customer's credit;• Manage the business relationship between customer and the company;• Investigate and resolve customer queries;
