Oracle Retail Business Consultant.Mainly focused on Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service, Sales Audit Cloud Service and Invoice Matching Cloud Service, I work closely with the Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders to meet the business requirements and the final user's needs.- Main responsibility is to provide business consultancy services to clients in the areas of specialization- Provide support to delivery projects looking to existing business processes and giving recommendations for how to achieve client success- Monitor the existing business practices, make recommendations on how the departments can become more productive and successful- Provide inputs and contributes to business development at the account/project level- Coaching know-how within the company (formally or informally) - Be one of the key supporters of business analyst in the projects

- Contribute to the definition of common practise Goal & Objectives by grade- Define personal development plan in accordance to each person's career development strategy- Participate and execute appraisal communications- Define proposed levels of accomplishment for each individuals' competencies and Goals & Objectives, as well as contribute with comments on the overall appraisal - Execute periodic individual follow-up sessions with each person- Perform job interviews
