At Agilar we are continuously exploring new ways to help people and organizations improve with Agile. One topic I became particularly passionate about was Learning & Development. During my work on this topic, the idea of for an app emerged - helping people assess themselves and discover how they could continue to improve in their career. Since then, part of my time has been dedicated to growing the app - from guiding the developers, to creating learning and assessment content, to leading our go-to-market initiatives.

I helped BNP kick off their Agile initiative by setting up an internal incubator to support Agile pilots. After growing the digital incubator to support 10+ internal pilots and building up the case for Agile throughout the bank, I was then one of the coaches working with the leadership team to actually change the bank beyond the incubator.

As a member (and Scrum Master) of the Enterprise Scrum Team, I work with fellow Agile Coaches and Change Leaders within Belgacom to introduce Scrum in the organization.This includes:- Introducing teams and managers to Agile and Scrum, explaining the principles and benefits of this way of working- Coaching development teams (developers, analysts, Scrum Masters and Product Owners)- Coaching other stakeholders on how to work with Scrum teams (project managers, operations, managers and portfolio managers)- Developing change strategy together with the Enterprise Scrum Team to provide feedback on progress of current activities and defining next steps in the Agile change initiative- Improving the interaction and collaboration throughout the entire product value chain, to ensure benefits of Agile are not limited to the development division but rather seen throughout- Defining the metrics and processes that should be in place to appropriately manage Agile teams and projects- Re-structuring application domain teams to enable an efficient intake of work and an Agile project portfolio management

- Initially hired to act as Product Owner for Tracked Mail team- Eventually convinced business to take on Product Ownership and moved to acting as ScrumMaster for Tracked Mail Team (20+ applications, ~25 people)- Aligned Scrum delivery practices with bpost process (project management & release)- Coaching business and development managers
