I started my career 24+ years ago in information technology and gradually moved to management. Based on my professional and academic experience I aim to help corporations on their transformation journey creating new business models, Agile PMOs and innovation ecosystems. Over the last decade I worked with corporations focusing on increasing agility, reducing costs and maximizing profits to achieve desired business outcome and making them sustainable and ready for market dynamics. My journey comprises a track record of successful accomplishments in managing agile teams, transformation and innovation programs, governance structures development, strategic planning & strategy execution, straight-line business models, lean business processes, communication strategy and digital transformation as well as platforms & innovation ecosystems beyond industry boundaries.One of my recent notable accomplishments was the launch of ADNOC Transformation Program (Project Light RVT) platform with 3500+ people trained to complete more than 2000 initiatives (projects) resulting in “two digit” Billion USD figure in CAPEX/OPEX impact over the last 3 years. Before that, I also received recognition for the development of the ADNOC innovation ecosystem that led to the world’s largest conference/exhibition and the first co-funding innovation platform for the oil and gas industry (RDPETRO) where I had a major role as "architect" and event director handling investment, development, integration and commercialization of innovative oil & gas technology projects and startups.Throughout my career I also offered consultancy and advisory services to international organizations and government entities as well as former visiting professor for Master and Bachelor’s degrees at ‘NOVA University Information Management School’.My professional happiness comes from seeing things as they are and transform, develop and drive profitable lean agile models beyond standards to increase corporate value. The goal is always the same, ensure the team will deliver the highest efficiency possible using agile and lean to ensure the greatest benefit possible for all stakeholders!
