My journey into Project Management began in 2022, prompting me to deepen my understanding of Agile values, principles, and the SCRUM methodology.In 2023, I designed two key digital frameworks for Mercer - Lisbon Wealth Analytical Services (WAS). The first framework established guidelines for digital project management across the organization, ensuring all teams were aligned with unified practices. This involved creating training documentation and presenting the framework to leadership for seamless adoption.The second framework integrated Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Windows Task Scheduler to automate multiple scripts (VBA and Python), reducing manual intervention and streamlining operations. This automation minimized human error, ensured consistent data processing, and optimized resource use, even outside working hours. It was scalable, facilitating the integration of new processes as needs evolved, reducing costs and freeing time for higher-value tasks.As head of the Codiacs Portugal Team, I planned, managed, and documented optimization projects, promoted best practices, and drove technological change. I implemented technical solutions, developed custom tools (mainly in Excel/VBA) for ETL processes, and worked with global teams to enhance knowledge sharing and project execution.In 2024, I co-founded Pesati, LLC as Digital Marketing and Finance Manager. I developed the brand’s visual identity for consistent presence across platforms and led web design to build a user-friendly experience that fosters brand trust.I optimized the website’s integration with social media, suppliers, and order tracking systems, improving customer experience and operational efficiency. I also managed product importation and social media content creation, ensuring design consistency.Additionally, I planned and executed digital advertising campaigns on Meta Business, enhancing brand visibility and traffic while optimizing performance metrics.
