Responsible for leading simultaneously 6 teams around Jumia Shop:- Mobile Applications (iOS/Android)- Performance & Scalability- Gamification (across several verticals)- Affiliation- Automation & Tooling - Salesforce

Responsible for managing a fullstack team fully dedicated to performance and scalability. This team is focused on:- Monitor and analysis of web application performance on a daily basis- Infrastructure and codebase optimization so it can handle high peaks during campaigns (Blackfriday, Mobile week, ...)- Develop automated performance monitoring tools and processes.- Improve back-end and front-end response times and throughput- R&D

> Jumia - UX/Front-end tech coach- I've managed a team mainly of front-end engineers focused on developing a front-end foundation from scratch.- This foundation is Living Style Guide ready, it introduced trending technologies and it was built with performance in mind (+40% decrease on page load).- During this period, all main front-end topics were tackled by this team. > Jumia Responsible for leading a team focused in several project key topics:- Mobile API - an API used by mobile apps- Payments - implementation of several payment APIs- Front-end revamp> Zalando (Kiomi/Emeza verticals)- I've leaded a talented team of developers and Quality Assurance engineers following the Scrumban (Scrum+Kanban) methodolgy.- Responsible for code reviewing all the developments done, and support to the overall project management
