As a Manager, I was responsible for overseeing various departments and teams, including Ground Operations, 17 Airports, Operations Departments, and Training departments (including instructors), and involved in multiple strategic projects. I was also instrumental in implementing various initiatives and strategies that helped to streamline operations and increase efficiency.As a result of my work and efforts, we were able to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.Moreover, one of my main characteristics is interpersonal skills, which allowed me to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. I also was able to provide valuable guidance and mentorship to junior team members, which helped to develop their skills and advance their careers.Overall, my managerial experience and leadership skills have been an asset to different organizations in different countries.
