I currently lead the Instituto Libertas, linked to Partido Novo, focusing on the development of political leadership and classic liberal public policies.In the 2024 municipal elections, we selected and trained over 6,000 candidates for Mayors' Offices and City Councils across Brazil. We also developed public policy guidelines and proposals that were incorporated into the government plans and campaigns of thousands of candidates nationwide.We work closely with elected mayors and councilors, supporting the formation of teams and the implementation of impactful projects and public policies in their municipalities. Additionally, we are preparing candidates and developing proposals and government plans for the national and state elections of 2026.From 2019 to 2022, I served as a Federal Deputy representing Minas Gerais State with NOVO, elected with 71,901 votes in my first election, and was recognized twice as the Best Deputy in Brazil and four times as the Best Deputy in Minas Gerais by the NGO Ranking dos Políticos (Politicians Ranking). I was the most economical congressman and led key discussions on Pension and Administrative Reforms, the New Basic Sanitation Framework, and issues related to education, public management, and individual freedoms. In 2022, I served as the leader of the Partido Novo in the Chamber of Deputies and ran for Vice President on Felipe D'Ávila's ticket.Before entering politics, I was Executive Director of Fundação Estudar, a leading organization in leadership development and scholarship distribution in Brazil. I was in charge of creating the institution’s leadership and career courses, which have impacted more than 50,000 students across Brazil.During my studies, I was President of Brasil Júnior, the Brazilian Confederation of Junior Enterprises, representing thousands of university students seeking a more entrepreneurial and market-driven education. I graduated in Business Administration from UFPR as the top student in my class and completed the Program of Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
