Tiago Pinto de Carvalho (born in Porto, Portugal, in 1980) has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the School of Fine Arts in Porto, where he graduated with a final grade point average of 14. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Architecture at the University Lusófona of Porto.Throughout his career, he has acquired essential skills that encompass the conceptualization and design of projects in various scales and typologies, as well as team coordination and the management of clients and suppliers. He is proficient in various tools, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office.His professional experience is extensive, with a notable highlight being his role as Director of Architecture/Project Manager at the Atelier Sergio Rebelo, where he achieved success in competitions, including a first-place win for the design of a Hotel and Winery in Tabuaço, Portugal. He has also worked as a freelancer in Mexico City, contributing to noteworthy projects such as the "Parque Lineal Ferrocarril de Cuernavaca," where he secured third place.He served as the General Director of the Alumnos Foundation (Contemporary Art), contributing to the development and exchange of knowledge through contemporary art. In various architectural offices, he held leadership positions, including roles at CCA-Manuel Cervantes Arquitectos and Gaeta-Springall Arquitectos.
