I teach students between the ages of 15 and 20 in a school and adults in postgraduate courses, training centers and companies on a daily basis. And, in my opinion, the problems are the same in all situations: the general lack of motivation of those who are learning and the lack of faith of those who teach that they can make a difference.Education, in my view, must be based on respect and constant dialogue between teachers/trainers and their students/trainees.
