- Manage over 25 high-end jewelry and watch brands, including Chopard, Harry Winston, and VacheronConstantin etc.- Conduct market and brand analyses to understand consumer demands and identify growth opportunities.- Stay updated on industry trends to inform business strategies and drive development.- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive brand performance and ensure profitability.- Provide comprehensive performance reports to the CEO on a weekly and monthly basis.- Lead innovation, develop new market strategies, and explore expansion opportunities.- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize brand performance and achieve strategic goals.- Lead product development initiatives, including feasibility studies and product launches.- Oversee visual merchandising to enhance brand presentation and conduct stock analysis to optimizeinventory and align with sales trends.

- Managing over 50 luxury brands including Balenciaga, Gucci, Off White, Dolce&Gabbana etc.- Forecasting OTB, pacing orders, selecting range during selling campaigns or line sheets.- Studies consumer demands and assists in conducting brand and market analysis.- Meet with suppliers, place orders, and negotiate terms of contract.- Develop detailed business plans and the seasonal budget.- Analyzing Daily/ Weekly Performance to CEO.- Visiting stores to evaluate brands performances and reallocating merchandise effectively.- Dividing shipment in warehouse to transfer goods to different POS.- Issuing payments and bank transfers, following up on shipments and order confirmation.- Dealing with customers and stock claims with suppliers.- Identifying new brands to acquire or offset depending on profitability, market and trends.
