Greet customers, schedule appointments, obtain & confirm medical documentation for required vaccinations. Utilize fax machine, multi line telephones, cash register and debit/credit machine.

Answer inbound client calls, verify Medicaid eligibility for services, obtain needed information to schedule medical transportation. Comply with HIPPA to ensure protected health information. Use Routematch scheduling software to create driver routes for CherryLift , Redline and medical transportation by contracted providers. Handle escalated calls from clients and drivers. Utilize Excel spreadsheets to create provider bid records to confirm the most cost effective routes are chosen and request bids for same day or out of area trips from multiple providers.
