Having completed my A-levels in Business Studies, Psychology and Spanish, I am now working in Medway NHS Foundation Trust as an eRoster Officer. This involves implementing ideas and strategies in order to ensure our systems are fit for use by staff, putting patient safety at the heart of what I do. I am motivated to constantly improve and adapt our services to the fit the needs of the organisation and to make a difference in the behind the scenes of healthcare. My previous roles in customer service have allowed me to develop excellent communication skills, build relationships with all different types of people and adapt to changing situations. I’m always open to learning something new and I enjoy expanding my knowledge in all areas so any opportunity available to me is invaluable. I am a diligent and enthusiastic individual with interests in travelling, new experiences, fashion and personal development.
