Ms. Zhao received her undergraduate and graduate education in Canada. Practising in the area of intellectual property law since 2006, she works both on contentious and non-contentious matters, and her practice has a particular focus on trademark portfolio development, trademark oppositions/invalidations, enforcement of trademark rights and copyrights, and alternative dispute resolutions. She also work with foreign associates to help clients on patent matters in China.Ms. Zhao counsels mostly international clients, including many multi-national corporations in the fields of consumer goods, fashion, food and beverage, entertainment and media, technology, vehicles and transport, and medical services. She impresses her clients with her insightful analysis of the situation and thoughtful advices on legal strategies.
