I managed the UAF Phonathon program and Student Callers. When I was not managing Phonathon I created and edited email and letter appeals which were sent to alumni, donors, and supporters of not only the University of Alaska Fairbanks, but also the University of Alaska Anchorage and the University of Alaska Southeast. I worked within Roxen to update and create website pages pertaining to Annual Giving and fundraising efforts throughout the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

I assisted in filing paperwork for teachers and workers for the school district and managing the contracts for new teachers. I worked specifically as an editor for grant applications, grants, portfolios, emails, pamphlets, and handbooks for students, teachers, and parents. During this job I also worked as an assistant coach for the Barrow High School cross-country running team and periodically chaperoned students on trips in Alaska and the continental United States.

This is a seasonal position that assists in the betterment of education for students attending rural schools. As a Tutor Counselor, I would assist the students with homework, personal problems, and overall see them through to the end of the program and assure their completion of the six week college-prep program.

I assisted in the editing and publishing process of books obtained by the publishing house. This process could include editing documents using Microsoft Word, inDesign, and Adobe PDF files, or assisting in the design of the cover for the book.

Advocated for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, for the betterment of student affairs. Conversed with UAF alumni to update personal information, update said alumni with information on campus, and received donations for the Annual Fund and various scholarships.Gained strong communication skills pertaining to speaking over the phone with important clients.
