I have taught Yoga in various locations across Ontario, and in the United States. My specialty and specific training is working with special populations. Some of the populations I work with are individuals or groups with physical and/or cognitive disabilities , children and youth, expectant mothers, mothers and babies, seniors with mobility issues, individuals with chronic pain.
